Title: Administration Remote Management

hello to all
I opened the remote management to my Dir 655 but i can't enter it
I tried to change port it didn't help, tried to factory defaults or hard reset didn't help
what can i do
I think it all so stuck my access to my remote desktop (not sure)

Are you trying to access from a remote WAN side location?
What browser are you using?
How are you entering in the address string in to the browswer?
Is guest account disabled?

the guest account is enabled ...should i turn it off?
and I entering the full address http:ip:port of http:ddns:port

Try turning guest acct off and see.
