Ok guy this is what I have. Two houses connected together (bridge) using an outdoor cpe/antenna called a nanostaion2 made by ubiquiti. First house has a cable modem connected to a dir-655 with wpa and one lan port on the router connects to the nanostaion2.
Second house has a nanostaion (recieving the signal from the first house) connected to a dir-655 with no encryption. I can't get an internet connection at the second house either wired or wirelessly. I know the internet is there because I tried an old router that I had (Blanc BW-54R11 with no encryption) and it works wired and wirelessly.
What do I need to do to get these two routers to work together. I just bought these at Bestbuy and can't return them now.

Post a topology image. Please be accurate with IP schemes and subnets.

hmm... i don't know about all of your equipment, but I can share what I've done which is similar to what you are doing. I only used 3 pieces of hardware (2 routers, one wireless bridge)
Cable Modem >>> wired >>> DIR 655 (internet port) >>> wireless>>> DAP-1522 (bridge) >>> wired >>> 2nd DIR-655 (Lan port)
Both DIRs have separate SSIDs
DAP-1522 connects to SSID of the first DIR
The DAP has to be connected to the LAN PORT of the 2nd DIR-655!!! (most common mistake)
The second DIR has DHCP turned off
Works decently (although I do see a number of errors and lost packets.. no idea why)
You might be able to do something similar with the hardware you have.
