Title: Hard Drive(s) Formatting Failure(Error Code:18).

Hi:

I just installed a Hitachi Deskstar 5K3000 3TB 3.5" SATA3 5400rpm 32MB Cache Hard Drive into the second (left) bay of my DNS-321 and when I tried to format it I got the message:
       Hard Drive(s) Formatting Failure(Error Code:18).
after a short time.  Actually, it gets to 13% then jumps to 100% for an instant and then the error code is displayed. 

I've tried it a couple of times with the same result.

Apparently that's the error that you get when you put a 3TB drive in 'cause anything above 2 isn't supported.  (sigh)
