I just received my DNS-323 in the mail-now I need to decide what drive I should get.

I am looking at this drive http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX22146(ME).aspx although it is not is not listed as a compatible hard drive for the DNS-323 will it still work?

It should still work fine. The only drive we seem to be having an issue with is the Deskstar 7K1000.B - Model HDT721010SLA360 hitachi drives.
