Greetings,
I have motion detection enabled on my camera but cannot see the grid. Actually no video frame appears at all under this tab. But I can see the video fine from the mail DLink window. Any suggestions? I have two 92) cameras and they both exhibit the same problem. Thanks!

I am having the same issue. I see the java logo and status bar but when it completes I don't see any grid/video. I have email on motion detection enabled but never get anything. Hopefully that is because I don't have any grid blocks selected. (Because I can't See them). I have tried on Mac's and PC's using 32-bit and 64-bit IE. Using safari on a Mac seems to work best but I still don't see any motion detection grid.
Update: I was trying to access the motion detection settings across the internet. (The cameras that I'm setting up are 200 miles away). Last weekend I drove to the location and using my macbook with safari I browsed directly to the 192.168.1.x addresses from the local lan and I WAS able to see the grid and setup the motion detection via the grid selection. Still not sure why it doesn't work from remote. If I figure it out I will update again.

I had a similar type of issue on my 932. Make sure you try different browsers. Check if you have the latest Java. If you have a different computer you have access to, try that as well. In my case I have issues with both a Windows Vista and Windows 7 Starter machine. I could go through both the Wizard and Manual setups and never get to the final Save Settings confirmation. What ended working for me was an older Mac running OS 10.6.8 using Firefox 10.0.1. It must be some combination of hardware and software compatibility issue that is beyond my comprehension.
