Title: Using DNS-323 as "Time Capsule" drive in OS X Lion
Post by: jgrabowski on January 01, 2012, 09:56:52 AM
I lost the ability to use my DNS-323 as a back up drive when I upgraded to OS Lion. I tried the 1.10 beta firmware update. I still get the message "The network backup disk does not support the required AFP features." Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm about to try and get my DNS-323 working with Time Machine/Lion for the first time. Searched the board but haven't seen a walkthrough/guide for this? I'm sure people have it working?

I have the same problem!
My DNS-323 (with 1.10 firmware) don't work with OS-X Lion and with OS-X Snow Leopard!
I have follow the guidelines by apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4700
but still don't work!!!
