Title: Dlink router drops WiFi when using Nexus S (ICS)
Post by: dendirk on January 03, 2012, 08:12:09 AM
I noticed Wifi drops and i know why it is happening.

Is anyone of you guys using an android mobile phone that connection on the wifi  from the dir-657?

i have a Nexus S (ICS) and every time the phone uses the router the wifi drops and i have to restart the router.

i did this dozens of times and im 100% sure it is the nexus s that is causing this.

Anyone else?

What wireless modes are you using?
Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. Try WPA2/TPIK only then try Auto TPIK and AES.
