Title: Can't see Volume_2
Post by: wjburl on January 08, 2012, 06:33:24 AM
I had to recover my Win 7 desktop from an image file on an internal drive.  I have scheduled to save a disk image on a regular basis.  I previously had mapped the two disks in the NAS (Volume_1 and Volume_2)  as N: and O:.  Now N: shows up in Windows Explorer, but O: does not.  The NAS does not show up under Network, but it does on my laptop 9 (also Win 7).  I can access folders on N: from my desktop and laptop, but only O: on the laptop.

Try creating a new map from the IP address: \\[IP_ADDRESS]\Volume_1
