Hi,
I know that the DNS-320 is only for SATA hdd but is possible to conect an ultra ATA with an IDE to SATA adapter?
I´m going to try it with a Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 160 GB ST3160215A.
Regards!

I've never tried but I think is quite difficult because you need room for the parallel cable and the power connector. Let us know about your try

While it should work in theory, is it really worth it for an extra 160GB?
If you're lucky enough to manage to fit it and close the lid, you'll have a drive in there that sucks a hell of a lot more juice than recent models, makes more noise and generates a heck of a lot more heat!
My temporary 320GB Seagate sata drive is 10 degrees C hotter than my Spinpoint F4 when idling. For the extra space, it just doesn't seem worthwhile keeping it!
Then again, I guess now is a pretty terrible time to think about replacing it with a newer model, so no harm in giving it a try!
