Title: DGS-1210-48 Cable diagnostics "Short in cable"

Only port 15 is getting a "Short in cable" for the diagnostics and no connection as well on port 15. Tried using other ports and there was no problem with it. Tried using different cable on port 15 still having the same diagnostics

Could it be that the switch is defective?
