Title: Router SSID & Keyword Change - DCS-932L

Because of the subject remote router change I can no longer access webcam. Is there a way remotely to update the SSID & keyword?

Factory reset the camera?

i have not done a factory reset on camera. I'm 600 miles away from it and the wireless router that was supporting it was recently replaced resulting in a new SSID and keyword.

I am sorry for the confusion.  My "question" about the factory reset was intended as a suggestion - a factory reset would allow you to recreate the link to the router.  Unfortunately, I have no suggestions for one who does not have physical access to the camera and router.
