Title: ITunes & DNS-323 -Trying to get it to work

I have Itunes version 10.5.2.11 installed on my desktop. All my music is stored in the Libraries-->Music-->Itunes library on that local computer. So trying to figure out if I can copy that folder to my DNS-323 drive and and access it from Itunes ob my other computers scattered around the house. Come someone explain how? In simple terms?
