Post by: destine on March 07, 2009, 09:37:37 PM
Hi,

I have a problem with DIR 615 router. Previously, I used Linksys G router and the connection was all along fine. but when power adapter spoil, I bought DIR 615 Wireless N router to replace. Since then, the connection became damn slow. sometime I have to wait about 5 to 6 minutes in order to open complete web page, and sometime freezing. I have updated latest firmware on my router, still can not solve. there are 4 PCs using in my house and all are using different network adapters. but the problem the same. can anyone assist? help.....

I would recommend disabling QoS engine as it is extremely "lame" in the DIR-615.  I was originally told that in a DIR-615, the QoS engine is "automatic" and we can not tune it as the only options are "On" or "Off."
