Title: Can I config ADSL modem via Wi-Fi?

I use D-Link DIR-615. I can't connect to config page 192.168.1.1.
I need to access ADSL modem config page.
Asus RT-N12 can configADSL modem via Wi-Fi.

If the modem is in bridged mode then no. You'd have to reset set the modem back to factory defaults to connect to it's web page.
