I have two PCs with PCI wifi cards based on RT2760 802.11n chips, and latest revision and firmware of DIR-615. Wifi connectivity is very unreliable, throughput is not constant and sometimes PCs suddently drop out of the wifi.
All other devices (laptops, USB wifi sticks, smart phones) work perfectly with my DIR-615. Are there any settings I could try to change? Switching to g mode did not help.

Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/Auto TPIK and AES.
If cards don't seen to work well then I would replace and try different wifi cards for the PCs. If your other devices are working well with the 615 then I would suspect the cards are problematic. Might check to see if there are settings on the cards that you can tweek.

I have tested different settings, including mixed and single mode, but it didn't help. I noticed that in fact the chip in question is RT3062F (I have RT2760 in another device).
All other devices (smart phone, laptop, PC with USB WiFi stick) work fine with my D-Link. If anyone had similar issues and got them solved I would appreciate any hints. There are not too many settings in RALink device settings.

If your other devices are working well with the 615 and this one device isn't, I would approach the Mfr for information and support for it and see if there are any known issues with this particular model WIFI card and DLink routers.
