Is this forum suitable for discussing issues with setting up Ispy recording and playback software?

I am using Ispy to view, record and playback my wireless camera images.
The camera and computer are on the same home network.
Ispy is installed on the computer and the camera images are stored on the same computer.
Using Ispy, I can view the camera and record the camera images on the computer.
I can playback the images stored on the computer on the Ispy website.
But since the stored images are on my network shouldn't there be a way to playback the recorded images
without the website?
If so, please let me know the details.
This stuff is way over my head.
