Title: No Audio on Video Play back

Hi all has any one got any idea why i don't have audio on playing back the video. When the camera is in normal mode the audio is fine and i can hear everything, however if i play back a recording there is no audio and i can find any controls in the D-View software to turn it on.

Any ideas ?

Problem solved there is a second tick box in the schedule page under config. look at the bottom of the page and check the box that says "Record Audio" Tech support said they must change it as they get so many issues with this

Are you referring to the DCS-932L or another DCS model?
