I expect to receive a new Kindle Touch w/WiFi next week.
I presently have my RR modem plugged to the DIR-655 and one Ethernet cable from the router to the PC and another (a 40' Cat6 Ethernet cable) going from the DIR-655 to a bus and then to an Internet-ready HDTV. I'm able to watch NetFlix streaming movies.
I'm wanting to know step-by-step for each setting for my DIR-655 so that I can download books via WiFi to my Kindle Touch from Amazon's library.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64x
Media Center Player
Thanks,
Kerry

Just set up a regular kindle, was very straight forward. On the Kindle just go to setup Wireless Networking, give it your SSID and password and it should connect right away.

Thanks davevt31,
I'll let you know how it works out.

Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/Auto TPIK and AES. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES, so you might want to try TPIK only.
Turn off Short GI and Extra Wireless Protection if you have it. Under Advanced/Advanced Wireless.
