Title: DNS-321 firmware upgrade fails

Hey folks,

I'm running firmware 1.01 on my DNS-321. I've downloaded firmware 1.03 and 1.02 from the support site, but when I try to install, I get this error message:

Firmware Upload Error!

The uploaded file was not accepted by the DNS-321. Please return to the previous page and select a valid upgrade file.

It happens with both the 1.02 and 1.03 .zip files, so I'm confident it's not a corrupted file or sequential upgrade problem.

Any ideas??

And to answer your next questions:

• Yes, I've tried it from both Firefox and Chrome, so it's probably not a browser issue
• Yes, I'm hard-wired (through a router, not directly to the box)

Hi,
A silly question perhaps, you are unzipping the firmware downloads before trying to install, right?
