My current computer's DVD drive is nonoperational.
Is there some way I can download the Setup CD as an ISO so I can set up my laptop?
I will be setting up a new computer system March 6th, but would like to have the router working with my laptop before that, if possible.
Thank You,

You can set up the router using it's web page at 192.168.0.1.

You can set up the router using it's web page at 192.168.0.1.
So, I can ignore the statement on the disk that says to run it first?
Are you saying that I can set up the router without running the setup disk?
Aren't there drivers that need to be loaded first, so my computer can communicate with it?
If so, then what is the purpose of the setup CD?

Yes you can ignore the message and if your using the LAN cable from your PC to the LAN ports on the back of the router, then log in to the routers web page at 192.168.0.1.

OK, tried that and it will not go past an error msg telling me it timed out.
I am always suspicious of advice that tells me to ignore the engineers instructions.
...any other bright ideas?
Worst case scenario, I wait until Tuesday when the rest of my desktop system arrives and I can set this thing up, as per makers instructions, using the working CD/DVD drive in it.
Thanks anyways...

timed out? What timed out?
What browser are you using? Try IE 8 or 9 or FF or Opera.
I set these routers up all the time using the onboard web page.
If your getting a time out it means your PC isn't correctly connected to the router.
Once you get connected to the routers web page and log in, you can run the wizard there too. IT's the same as on the CD.
