Title: Port Fowarding with Dir-655 2.04NA

 :( Here is what I got Brand New Cable Modem today, Motorola SB6121 Time Warner Cable.  D-Link Dir-655 2.04NA.  Also bought PFconfig from Portforward.com I still have so much lag playing BF3 what gives what am I doing wrong.  Doing all the stuff that port foward recommends.

Good modem you have. I have the same modem.

You sure your on v2.04? Sure its not a different version? v2.07 is the latest however v2.03 is the current working version.

What platform are you using BF3 on? PSN or XBL?
Review the gaming and QoS Sticky for XBL. Might help.

The Port Forward guy said the software is working but seems like this game is getting worser.

Don't know but that's what it had when I bought it about a month now.  I'm trying out your settings for Qos they look ok.  Did get booted off my internet with the router rebooting also.

You'll get disconnected while the router reboots. Thats normal.

Can't really tell much difference between port fowarding and QOS engine.  Got lag both ways.  Even upgraded to turbo 20/2 RR.  New modem SB6121, new Dir-655, New Xbox 360, new cables.  $$$$$$$$$$$

Maybe someone can review your router settings with you using teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) if your interested. Its safe and secure.

I have gone back to the PFconfig settings using port foward
I'll just accept the poor game I'm tired of trying and wondering why or how this is suppose to work.  I'm about burnt out with the game any way.
