We have 16 cameras currently and are adding an additional 12. It would be nice if we could run all 28 cameras on one PC, but I am using old dual cores and 12 is enough to peg 100% most of the time.
Anyway, I am trying to split the duties to two PC's to keep >=20FPS on all of the cameras. We have a CAMERA1 PC and CAMERA2 PC. Last week I had to move everything from CAMERA1 to my own desktop because all of the screens went black and quit recording. Now, the fresh install of D-ViewCam 3.11 on my desktop has been recording for a week happy as can be. I have done a fresh Windows 7 64-bit install on CAMERA2 and today tried to move everything over. CAMERA2 is doing the same thing as CAMERA1 and all the while my PC is humming along recording.
All 3 PC's involved in this scenario have Win7 64-bit with 4GB-8GB of RAM. Anyone have any suggestions because I am a hair away from reformatting CAMERA2 again just to see what happens. And unfortunately I cannot reformat CAMERA1 as it host other software I just spent a week fixing.
Thanks in advance!

So I just attempted to call the 1-888 number for technical support and while I received a live operator the connection was cutting off most of what they were saying. Does this line ever work?
EDIT:
Nevermind, after 5 calls I was able to connect and talk to someone without being hung up on and able to hear them. Of course after 20 minutes on the phone with them I realized it was some poor Indian lady with a script who has never used or even seen this product, waste of time. ::)
