Router Starts at full speed 300/270/243, jumps around a bit. Then around 5 minutes speed is cut in half 130 Mbps. I tested it out for 2 hours rebooting it, and in almost exactly 5 minutes the speed is cut in half every time. Is my router bad? Or is the good neighbor policy just going into effect? I do have a lot of traffic, I am in a apartment, but I use a free channel.
Can anyone help me with this?

Good neighbor policy is in effect.
What wireless modes are you using? Under Setup/Wireless/Manual.
Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
Channel Width set for Auto 20/40Mhz or try 20Mhz only.
What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/AES Only. Some WiFi adapters don't support AES, so you might want to try TPIK only or Auto.
What wireless devices do you have connected?
Any cordless house phones?
Any other WiFi routers in the area? Use InSSIDer (http://www.metageek.net/) to find out.
Turn off Short GI and Extra Wireless Protection if you have it. Under Advanced/Advanced Wireless.

If there are many other WiFis on 2.4Ghz along with yours, channels are being used up and the router has to try and find a clear one. Might think about 5Ghz router maybe.
