Title: Problem with the call log
Post by: lneblett on March 17, 2009, 05:39:35 AM
When trying to view the call log on the DVX I received an error. Viewing the info related to the error results in the following:
Error: Failed to parse ./CallLog.XML: An invalid character was found in text content.
<caller devid="1" mac="00-1E-58-42-28-0E" name="ACOSTA ROCHELLE" number="Unknown"/>
 at line 685

How does one go about correcting the error to the extent that the history is not lost (i.e., a clear of all)? I know the error occured in March and I can look at the log based upon other criteria, but I now have a gap where none of the calls within the period requested will show as long as that same period contains the error from above.

Thanks,
Larry

Do you have any information regarding the callers' service provider?  Is this a cell phone or a land line? Please call voice center  dedicated support line at 1-888-404-6262 Option 1 for further troubleshooting.
