How do I transfer a call to a co-workers's cell phone?
Currently when receive a call, I press
1. Hold
2. Transfer
3. dial 9 then the 10 digit phone number
4. wait for the person to pick up. Then
5. Press transfer
at that point the call I was trying to transfer is disconnected.
What am I doing wrong?
