Title: Multiple users viewing?
Post by: keepittidy on March 23, 2012, 06:13:07 AM
Hi all,

I am thinking of buying a DCS-932L camera to use as a baby monitor for our soon to arrive little one.. ;D

I have a question about multiple people viewing the feed at the same time, say for example my wife is working away and wants to check the cam feed from her iPhone, but i am viewing it at home (like i would be, it being a baby monitor)

Would it let 2 people view at the same time using the same logon, would we have to have separate logins or would it not allow 2 people at the same time at all ??

Thanks in advance

Richard

mydlink supports one shared login. Concurrent multiple connections at different locations/devices to the same video feed are supported.

Would love a "share" option, so I could send my in-laws a link that they could click on to view the feed as well and avoid having to login to the mydlink control panel.

You can add that suggestion to our mydlink Wishlist here: mydlink.com Wishlist (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=41091.0)
