Title: hard wired computer has died

the hardwired computer that I used to set-up the router has died.  how do I get to the configuration.

do I reinstall software to another computer?

Any DLink product that has a web page can be managed from any PC or device that has browser abilities by logging into the products web page. For routers, the address is 192.168.0.1 in any web browser.
