Title: Cannot playback any of my videos dview cam recorded!

I have just purchased 3 DCS-932L'S and installed 3.11 D-ViewCam software.  I have done my best to configure the mainconsole correctly so that my cam's will record on motion based occurances on a weekly schedule of 24 hours a day everyday.  I have a lot of evidence that the system is recording as when I have the console open that there is motion detected and there are 3 folders in my nas unit that has tons of .dat files in them.  My problem comes in when using the playback system.  When I select the search by date/time button and locate the folder that is for a the camera I am interested in playing video for the results never show up! 

any help would be appreciated.

Well, after yet more time on the phone with Dlink Tech support....fyi, not impressed at all.  I have decided that even though Dlink states you can use a nas device with Dview cam it just won't work correctly.

so, I had to resort to just attaching my 500GB external HD to my computer and using it that way.
