Title: device pack not found when opening main console (D-view cam 3.2)

When i try to open main console, an error msg comes up "device pack not found please install device pack ver 1.0.0 or above". I know this is installed because i have manually tried to repair, uninstall/reinstall, many times, even tried to uninstall the whole dlink programs that came on the CD. I would like to record, even view these cameras would be nice. Please help, Google had nothing
32bit win 7

Tengo el mismo problema con el software que viene con una cámara DCS-930L, a pesar de reinstalar varias veces...
