Title: modem issues

Hello there,

New here, thought I would add some input here.  I am having issues with the newer UMTS based modems with the Sierra 319U and the NovaTEL MC679.  As described in other posts, the modem goes in, starts up okay, runs for a bit, then shuts down, lights off.  The only fix is to reboot the DIR-412 (power cycle).  Is there possibly a new load I could try?  I am running 1.10 WW firmware (Dec 2010), and the modems are on the TELUS network.  Thanks in advance.

I can't get my Novatel MC679 to work with the dir-412.

It's a Bell branded version.

Mine doesn't connect but stays running.
