Title: All lights blink on and off???

All the light on the router blink on and off. Then the router resets and loops all over again?

Do a factory reset of the router.

Swap out the LAN cable between router and PC. Cat6 is recommended. (http://www.networkcablingdirectory.com/articles/structured-network-cabling-id_1151.htm)

Yes did that ??? cant seem to figure out the issue? is there a way to do a hard reset?

Might try the FW update sticky at the top of the forum and see if you can get into recovery mode.

Is this a new router or old one?
How long have you had the router?

You had v1.21 on it and then upgraded to 2.00?
or is this a different router your talking about. I see you posted a Rev B 2.00 router in your other post.
You can't using any v1.x versions on Rev B routers and vs you can put v2.x versions on Rev A routers.

What does Old router, v1.21 that you mentioned have to deal with? This is getting confusing.

Sorry, I have 3 routers:
1 Blinking All Lights: B1 fw 2.00na
2light on but no connection A2 fw 1.11
3light on but no connection A4 fw 1.21
