Title: Speed test software?

I am having trouble when streaming video to a WDTV Live (the new one). Although the WDTV is wired to my router (both with gigabit ports and using CAT6 cable) it freezes several times. The movies I stream are 2-4 TB in size (720p).

Therefore, I would like to test the throughtput of the DNS-320 and the speed of the network to start looking for the problem.

I heard of a software named NAS..... but I can't remember its full name. Any alternatives are welcome.
