Hello
I just bought a DIR-655 and installed it yesterday, upgraded the firmware etc.connected with cable to my laptop
Installed Shareport and it found my printer and I just say wow, cool thing.
BUT!!! I then disconnected the cable for use of wlan, then it went red.
I tried to uninstall Shareport and installed it again and it still doesenīt work...
Installed Shareport on another computer and it started working direct...
Please help me. :'(
(I use Shareport 1.14 latest firmware,XP sp3)

The same PC that was wired to the router and working, is the same PC you're trying to connect wireless? and doesn't work?
-
Yes! I have tried both wired and wireless on the laptop with no success...
If I click on the red icon,I need to force Shareport to quit.
Computer no2 is wired and it still work.
The thing is that it worked first on the laptop, then I disconnected it (for wireless) and after that I canīt see the router, wired or wireless...
Also,when I right click the Shareport icon,I canīt see D-Link -192.168.0.1

What version of the shareport client are you running?
-
Shareport 1.14

Did you try disabling the wired connection in windows network connections. shareport maybe stuck looking at the wired network and its not connected anymore, but if ou disable lan it might try to use the wlan
-
I have tried both disable wlan and use lan, then disable lan and use wlan. :-[
