I've had it working but now it refuses to download anything.
The same torrents still download with uTorrent on my laptop.
Is there a reason this might be happening?

Try setting up a new port in the settings and forwarding TCP and UDP (I have an option called "Both") within your router/gateway to the IP of the DNS320.

Got it going with that but it doesnt seem to be seeding or is it because it updates really slowly?

First, do not use the default port number as it's likely to be blocked by your ISP.
Second, do enable UPnP on your router otherwise do port-forwarding if the feature is not supported.
Third, perform test by downloading popular torrent like Ubuntu distro to verify that slow download is not caused by that particular torrent/site.

I had this same issue however these were the settings I used and it seemed to correct it. My torrents now download at my max line rate, and to be honest gives better rates when downloading multiple torrents over Utorrent.
My only gripe is with the p2p UI is the schedular, it will not auto download your que one at a time, it will try and download every torrent all at once unless you manualy set dates and times lol for each and every one. At least thats what I think it wants me to do, which to be honest is insane.
Anyway, settings.
p2p - enabled
auto download - disabled
port setting - auto
seeding - untill removed
encryption - disabled
Bandwidth Control Maximum Download Rate - 2000 [kb/S]
Maximum Upload Rate - 1000 [Kb/S]
Leaving bandwith control a -1 seemed to gimp my connection.
