Title: Watch Folder Bug
Post by: Mr_Bee on April 02, 2009, 03:14:29 PM
My DSM-750 shows video content in all of my computer's hard drives - even when the folder is not being watched.  To troubleshoot, I stopped 'watching' all folders, shut the system down, and then after a reboot put one folder only in the watch list.  I also made sure that any sub-folders or parent folders (or drives) weren't check marked in the watch list.  This had no effect, I can still browse to any folder with content on any drive.  Any one else come across this?

Yes, I have experienced this as well. It's something I wish they would fix, as there is some content I don't want available on the extender.

Did you refresh the UPnP AV media server as well?

Yeah Microsoft should look into this if you are seeing this behavior I would recommend contacting Microsoft support.
