Title: DWA-552 installed but not showing any wireless networks?

Hi, I recently moved into a new place where I need to connect wirelessly to the internet T_T.  I have the DWA-552 Card and I am trying to connect to the ISP Rogers and they use a Cisco 3825 Router.  The green light is flashing and I have downloaded and installed the most recent drivers from the Dlink site for Win7 64 and it still is not registering any wireless networks, and my s***ty 5 year old laptop is picking up full signal strength. Any help would be much appreciated.
