Hello,
I downloaded the source code of the DLink firmware from the GPL page (http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/GPL.asp). I managed to compile it and now would like to update the original firmware. I have a DCS2130.
My question is : in case of a problem (let say failure during the boot) and I am unable to get to the admin page, is there a way to restore the camera to the factory state.
I know there is a reset button on the camera but I am not sure if it works only on the settings or also on the firmware.
Edit: after testing, the settings are NOT restored to factory reset, the camera works just as before after resetting and rebooting it. Anybody else ?
Before trying to modify the software, I wanted to be sure I don't risk to lose my camera by a mistake.
