Title: SharePort doesn't work if connected through DAP-1522 to DIR-825

I have a network setup using DIR-825 and DAP-1522 (bridge mode). I've connected a USB drive to the DIR-825 and configured the USB setting to be Network USB. My computer is connected to the DAP-1522. I have connectivity between the router and the bridge. I installed SharePort USB utility on my computer. However, it cannot detect the USB device on the DIR-825. If I connect directly to the DIR-825 either through ethernet or wireless, then the SharePort utility detects the drive. It just doesn't work when going through the DAP-1522 first.

Has anyone tried this setup and got it working?

Do you have the f/w up to date on all hardware? Also have you tried restarting the dap-1522?

I thought 1.10 was the latest firmware for the DAP-1522 since the product's page shows v1.10 as the latest. However, the support download site shows 1.20. After upgrading the DAP-1522 to v1.20 the SharePort utility detected the USB device! Thanks for the help! :)

I upgraded my DIR-825 to v1.10 and SharePort to v1.10. I'm using the same settings as before but now SharePort once again is not detecting the USB drive on the DIR-825 from my computer that's going through the DAP-1522 (bridge mode).

Remove and and install the shareport program again. If that does not work, restart the router.
