Hello,
I have two cameras installed: one private, one on my work. I want to give access to some employees to the camera on my work, so I created a user for that camera in the user list (maintenance tab - user list - user name and password). But how can I share this username and password with those employees? Where can they login without registering using the CD?
Anyone who is using this "user list" successfully?
Thank you!

The user accounts you created are accounts providing access to the camera web interface from your LAN. Unfortunately, the mydlink website only offers one login account to view the camera remotely (via a PC and mobile devices). The mydlink system currently does not support guest accounts.

If the camera is behind a firewall you can use port forwarding to enable internet access to the web interface of your camera. Users can log on using the username/password you created but will only be able to view the camera.

I believe your proposed solution will work.

I can verify it works, that's how I access all my D-Link cams remotely. :)

Thanks for the update. It would be helpful if the mydlink website supported guest accounts for this purpose. :-\

I just started using https://sensr.net, but i believe it will let you share camera's with others like you want to. You can try them for free.
