Title: DIR-505 220V
Post by: prattjo on June 27, 2012, 03:23:50 AM
Will the DIR-505 accept 220V for travailing abroad?
Thanks

I see the data sheet mentions the following:
Power Input:
• 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz

I would call and ask DLink to be sure.  ;)

The DIR-505 itself is marked as 100-240V, so it should work with just a plug adapter, as needed. I'm a little less certain about its conformance to various country rules, as in some countries certain common WiFi frequencies are not allowed, which is why routers have specific North American configurations.
