Post your comments and observations regarding D-ViewCam version 3.3 here (ftp://ftp.dlink.com/DView/DViewCam_v330_Device_Pack_v142.zip) :)

I can't get it to unzip, three different downloads and either it is corrupt or that my machine opens multiple versions of IE and the whole screen flashes out of control. So I have to do a shut down and that isn't right.
Something is screwy here.

Use 7zip to extract. Please see this thread: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48364.0 (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48364.0)

Still testing. So far nothing dramatic changed. Doing a stress-test and a live-run-simulation with 4 cameras...

A bit better than 3.2 but I have one issue.
All camera's have been port forwarded to correct ports in the DFL-800 and are fully accessible over the internet fine. I find, that when I recently added the 3rd camera (DCS-930L) the DCS-920 seems to be in a constant restart loop. Will display fine for about 20 seconds, freeze the frame and show as disconnected.
While it's disconnected, I can still access the web interface from the internet so I know the camera is not restarting. When viewing the camera's from the LAN, all work fine. Weird.
Here is my network setup;
Hardware:
DFL-800 firewall - latest firmware
DAP-2950 wireless AP - latest firmware
DGS-3426P - latest firmware
Windows 7 x64 SP1, all updates
Cameras:
DCS-910 - latest firmware
DCS-920 - latest firmware
DCS-930L - latest firmware
Any thoughts?

I installed the D-ViewCam 3.3 in Windows 8 PRO x64.
Everything was fine after the first run, however after exiting the program and open it, always appeared a message saying I had to restart the program to apply the modifications.
I managed to fix it using compatibility mode, selecting 'Windows XP SP3'. Now everything working satisfactorily.

What I think is bad is that the resolution of the interface does not occupy the entire area of the display (1920x1080 here) leaving a black background around. We can not maximize the window.

Another bad thing is that I can not put the D-ViewCam to the secondary monitor, it can only be opened on the main monitor, even with programs like "Actual Multiple Monitors". If anyone knows how to open the D-ViewCam on secondary display, please let me know.

Just as in version 3.2, it does not record sound. I can hear sound when I'm in the 'Main Console' viewing live video. When I go to the playback system there is no sound, as well as no sound when you export to a file. I found a work around, if you go to each camera and right click 'manual record' it will begin to work as opposed to 'start monitor all' in the start menu.

D-Link recently published version 1.4.3.1 of the D-ViewCam Device Pack for worldwide (WW) distribution. To download the software, please visit D-Link Taiwan (http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/) and select DCS-100 and open the link labeled Software: D-ViewCam Device Pack v1.4.3 (for WW)
Updates:
- Add camera: DCS-2332L
- Fixed DCS-2132L would cause D-ViewCam shut down issue
- Fixed live view bug for DCS-930/932L/930L/910/920 (DBG12060162)

Just installed it on a Windows 8 64 bit machine and get:
Runtime Error
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\D0Link\D-ViewCam\MainConsole.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I tried the troubleshooter and ran in Windows XP SP3 and as an administrator and get the same message. Is there a Windows 8 patch?
Thanks.
