Have you tried entering the IP address of your NTP server in the field provided and Set Time?

I have the same problem. I have a Redhat server that I use as my internal NTP server. All my switches/routers/PC work fine using it. But when I try to use it with my 321 it fails. And I am using the IP address not the name. When I put in the IP address and hit "save settings" it says "Unable to contact this NTP server".

I don't think you are missing much, mine loses minutes per day even with the ntp working.
