Title: All lights blinking including power

I came home after a few days vacation to find all the lights blinking on my router.  I have tried unplugging and rebooting.  Same result.  I then bypassed the router and have internet on my main computer so I know it is a router issue.   I use the router for my laptop and cell phone.  Do I need to figure out how to do a master reset or is the router toast?  Thanks in advance for any advice.

If that does not work, time to RMA.
