Title: Problem with IDP updates

I don't seem to be able to get the IDP updates to work, no matter what I try I get the result of 'Cannot connect to update server'

The device is connected to the internet, and the connections are working fine. I can browse the internet etc from behind the firewall.

Is there anything else I need to configure in order to allow these updates (this is just the basic maintenance service, not the advanced update)

Forgot to mention, this is for DFL 800
