Hello,
I Write from Spain, I purchase a DNS-345 and 2 HDD (compatible).
And me problem is: whem I start the unit, see only the Welcome Screen in the LCD, and cant see it with the Store Utility and the Setup Wizzard.
I change the HDD to all posible combinations in the bays, and noting.
Last I have make a hard restore, with restore buttom, and have the same problem.

Hi tecnisert.
If you press the more button several times on the DNS, you will see an IP address.
Enter the IP address into your web browser and use what shows up to set up the DNS.
I had this same issue when I bought mine. :/
