Title: SIP setup problem

My sip line is causing me grief. I can call out on it with no problems but when someone calls in the AA answers and transfers the call to correct phone, the phone rings but when we lift the handset it keeps ringing. please help. The system has the latest up dates. SP2

Do you have the latest firmware on all the devices?  Is this a new problem after SP2 upgrade? Who is your Internet Telephone service provider?

Yes I have updated all of the devices with the latest firmware. My SIP provider is Voice Network.

We did not have the voip service before the update, we were just using POTS.

After trying Dlink teck support,my sip provider teck support and every possible router setting it looks I have made it work. I forwarded the ports and changed UDP Endpoint Filtering to Endpoint Independent on my Dir 655 router
