I'm getting the following Syslog messages frequently on daily basis. Any ideas what they mean?

Do you see these messages if you only have the syslog capture server going. I would disconnect all other devices and test this with just one PC and the syslog server running and see if this happens.

What FW version is currently loaded?

I'm going to clear the log and disconnect all devices like you said.

Running on FW 2.03NA..

FurryNutz - The logs keep coming after disconnecting the devices except my NAS which runs the syslog server and a desktop.

Can you remove the NAS and put on a Syslog server on just one PC?

I might do a factory reset of the router and see if you get any logs right after enabling syslog services with just one PC.
