Hello, I've been running this router for months without any issues, i recently upgraded to the newer 2.07NA firmware and even that was fine but about 2-3 weeks but soon after that my signal strength dropped significantly. I've tried changing the channel but it only made things worse. I havn't moved my system or the router or really anything in my house so i have no idea what the issue is and am open to suggestions.
running B1 revision and will post screenshots of my wireless settings below if it helps.

to give some idea how poor it is i took another screenshot of a speedtest

my connection is intended to be 20/2 and i usually have no problem getting that through wireless

Any other WiFi routers in the area? Use InSSIDer (http://www.metageek.net/) to find out.
It's only recommended to test speeds via wired connections. Wireless doesn't provide an accurate feedback due to many variables.

http://i.imgur.com/CLC2U.jpg (http://i.imgur.com/CLC2U.jpg) that's the link from the PC having issues
http://i.imgur.com/YxUzs.jpg (http://i.imgur.com/YxUzs.jpg) is from another computer on a different floor right beside the router
so yes there are alot of other routers in the area,
i ran another speedtest through the other computer on wireless and the results were around what i was getting before these issues started

I would upgrade drivers and make sure that one PC is updated.
Your hitting some interferences on 2.4Ghz. You make want to think about getting into 5Ghz or going wired.

i have updated all drivers already, before i look into some sort of wiring option are there any settings that may or may not help? i notice some people recommend some of the advanced wireless settings but havn't heard much about it lately.
Either way thanks for the help

I might try CH 8 then 11, even though there is someone on 11, it's a low signal.
I might try to lower the power output of the radio from High to Low.
Try disabling Short GI.
Other than this, not much else you can do. I would research some 5GHz information on Dlink model wifi adapters like DWA-160 (USB) and DAP-1533, 1525, 1522 or 1360(LAN and Wifi) as a 5Ghz alternative to getting away from this congested 2.4Ghz area.
Let us know how it goes.

Hate to jump in on this so late but ch 10 is not a standard ch and it will cause a weak connection. US ch's are only 1, 6 or 11. Any other ch will cause a low signal.
