Hello everybody,
I recently bought the new NAS DNS-320L which is supposed to be compatible to mydlink. Unfortunately when using the Setup Wizard I cannot add the NAS to mydlink. During configuration the wizard cancels the procedure stating "unable to register mydlink service, please check your network configuration". Of course my internet connection works fine, I have even tried to open the firewall - without success.
This problem is being mentioned at several places in this forum. I cannot even register to mydlink, because the Setup Wizard is the only possible way. I have tried 4 computers running Windows 7, Vista and XP, using both wireless and wired LAN connections. Is there anything I can do to add this NAS to mydlink? Otherwise I could have bought the cheaper DNS-320 without the mydlink-cloud.
Best regards and thanks

Problem solved; I have connected the NAS with a friend's LAN and could successfully register it to mydlink. Seemed to be a problem with my router.

I have the same problem. The programa does not detect the 320L.
I have tried with 2 different computers and pluging the network cable to the computer directily and to the router but there is no way.
I use windows 7 in both computers.
Any idea?
Thank you
