Title: DIR-835 firmware download issue

Hi,

I tried to proceed with the update of the firmware on my DIR-835 router.  I want to install version 1.0.2 of the firmware.

I tried without success with Chrome and IE9.

Chrome

• I get to a blank page and nothing downloads

IE9

• A PDF file is downloading but not the firmware update itself

Any idea?
